Coming tomorrow on Create & Craft TV at 11 am UK time- Mel's signature collection Doodle Doodle Doo

For this card I printed out the toppers and using the corresponding svg file scanned it into my scanncut and cut it our I also printed off some back ground papers.

For this card I printed off the topper and some decoupage layers and using the svg files for them scanned the printouts into my scanncut  using it to cut them out . the block colours on the right hand side are a stencil I cut out using doeflex. I used imagination crafts structure paste through the stencil, allowed it to dry and then painted them using imagination crafts starlight paints. I finished the card by adding the dash line around the edges in black and white.

This is a decoupaged topper with areas highlighted using glossy accents, the circles are another stencil cut again using doeflex I used pearlescent embossing paste this time.

The mothod for this card are the same as the previous one with a heart stencil

The added extra with this card is the digital stamp I took into M.C.S and added orange colour to before scanning into the scanncut and cutting out.

I had to share this, bear with me as there is a bit of a story. So a couple of weeks ago I went to Bakewell (in the Peak district one of my favourite areas of the country). Whilst there I happened upon a great little place called mad4ink (info@mad4ink.co.uk) owned by Paul. He was demoing an Epson printer printing the highest quality photos so good I bought one (it came with a free set of inks too!!). So we got chatting and I explained I am a crafter and we shared an interest in cardstock photo paper etc. Paul very kindly gave me some samples to try and now coming to this photo printed on 210gm gloss photo paper that Paul stocks. I took this on my phone and sent it to my epson printer and look how amazing it is what quality. I am in love with my new Epson (Paul also stocks one which can handle up to 400gsm card stock (that will be my next purchase I hope!!!)

Today on Create & Craft TV Tattered Lace Festive USB Christmas from 8am UK tim

I apologise for the quality of the photo, it is taken from the live show of a sample I forgot to photograph. For this sample I again drew/cut multiple layers using a patterned layer as the base (the swirls between the words). I then cut into and layered up adding WOW embossing powder in opaque bright white for the snow .

For this sample I drew first then cut multiple times the file in different colours. I then cut into the layers to make up the finished cut out using the cream layer as the base layer adding the other colours. The berries on the mistletoe are liquid pearls.

For this file I used two colours drawing first then cutting out for the red with blue under, on the middle one I just cut the blue layer and on the third one on the right I used the waste from the middle one onto a drawn/cut red layer. I then used some raffia twine with some floral and ribbon onto a 3D glue dot attached the stockings with a peg but also attaching them to the card base with some 3D foam.

For this file I cut a base layer (just the outline and cutout areas) in construction board (1 layer) I then drew/cut multiple in the different colours cutting into and layering up. The sentiment is cut in 3 layers of card with the top layer being a patterned piece adding a few drawn details and liquid pearls.

Coming tomorrow on Create and Craft TV the Cutting Craftorium USB Christmas Selection Box from 11am UK time. I had so much fun making my version of the Winter Village included on the USB.

I used construction board (3 layers of 750 micron) for the main structure, one layer for the roof tiles with a background paper included with the usb on top. the windows and doors are 1 layer of construction board.
I glued all layers together, then painted using imagination crafts starlight paints for the bricks I made a stencil and used structure paste coloured with some paint. once dry I then glued together using pinflair book binding glue, a top tip- I used elastic bands to hold the main structure together whilst the glue dried. Before adding the tiles I painted the back and edges with white gesso so that when I shaped them you wouldn't see the grey of the board I then added the printed paper layer, shaping them as I did them before adding to the roof using silicone glue for depth. The windows and doors were glued painted with starlight paints then added to the main structure once dry. The trees were made in the same way using a green pen to colour the edges.

Coming tomorrow at 11am UK time on Create & Craft TV The all new Tattered Lace USB Words and Alphabets

This is a canvas, the word is cut out of greyboard on the scanncut three times painted with acrylic  paint then highlighted with gilding wax.

This was achieved embossing on the scanncut using parchment vellum. I mirrored the font then painted using acrylic on the reverse.

This is a 3D sentiment, the first layer cut in green the top layer cut in purple. both were drawn first  before being cut. The flowers were also part of the file.

Another 3D sentiment, the Brother was also a 3D file but I just used the top copy cut in a layer of grey board and a layer of glitter card.

Another 3D sentiment, the bottom layer being foiled the top layer foiled first then cut.

Another using parchment, mirroring the word first then colouring on the reverse using water colour pencils.
