New Brother USB-Building Scenes

I think this is my favourite, it is an Ikea box frame. I used two elements of the starlight square, enlarging them to fit the frame of the box I the used the branch and flower from the doves and branches enlarging them to suit. I then made two matting and layering layers one being decorated with flowers and butterflies finished in encapsulated glitter. This was all achieved in canvas.

for this card I used elements from the starlight oval, making two layers of matting and layering between which I added some acetate so I could put the flowers in the middle. The backing papers were from my stash as were the heart gems. The sentiment is from a pad of sentiments from crafting.co.uk, I scanned it into my scanncut and used one of my simple shapes in the machine to cut it out I the inked the border to match.

This one is using elements from the Starlight circle, again with matting and layering using papers from my stash with added acetate I cut multiples of the flowers layering them to add colour and depth the enamel dots are also from my stash. The sentiment is again from the sentiment pad from crafting.co.uk prepared in the same way.

This is another of my favourites, I actually have this die from tattered lace and am delighted in being able to enlarge it. This frame is the birdcage tapestry, I have cut three of the full frame for the front one being in acetate so I could add colour to the cut out flowers on the acetate. The back consists of two inside and outside frame elements with all of the detail removed from card and one of just the outside frame in acetate to add strength. I then cut two of the cage in gold holographic card and the birds on their own in silver holographic card  to make them stand out. I then added colour to the flowers using glitter pens and centres. I am pleased with how it turned out I see it as a bit of home decor rather than a card.
Today on Ideal world 9pm UK time pick of the day a new USB by Brother scanncut - Building Scenes. Will be on CReate and Craft and Ideal world until 9pm Wednesday
